The space

Completely renovated historic 1930's bungalow. Inside you will find everything you need to feel right at home, or better yet, on vacation! This very clean, comfortable, and fun bungalow has Wi-Fi throughout and a smart TV in each room w/ Netflix, fully stocked kitchen, and 3 BR's. Each room has its own bed. BR1 has a queen mattress, BR2 has a queen mattress, and BR3 has a full size mattress. The home can comfortably sleep 6. Laundry area with washer/dryer. Large backyard. Wrightsville Beach just a short 15 min drive. Or head to Carolina & Kure beaches on your way to explore Ft. Fisher 30 minutes down the road along the Cape Fear River. While relaxing on front porch, the quiet of neighborhood is a nice surprise to almost everyone who comes here. And rest assured that after dark, you would never know a vibrant night life is underway just a few blocks away.

Please note we have a no animals policy! We some times make considerations for guests with animals but unless previously discussed we do charge a $300 non-refundable animal fee for guests who bring animals without our knowledge!

We EXPLICITLY DO NOT allow animals to be left unattended at any point in time during your stay and must be supervised and under the control of their handler at all times even when crated or kenneled they are not to be left alone in the home!

We do allow service animals but require that they not be left alone in the home and should always be under the control of their handler, kept off of the furniture & beds, and any waste left in the yard, accidents in the house, damages to the house , damaged or stained, furniture, flooring, carpets, & bedding, or excessive animal fur are the responsibility of the service animals handler and will incur charges that any guest who causes this issues would also incur! As hosts we strive to be accommodating to all of our guests and adhere to ADA guidelines!
