The space

St. Regis Condo is located on the North end of Topsail Beach and provides for a much less traveled area. Guests will have access to the entire unit and balcony with the exception of locked owners closet.

Additional notes

There is an outdoor pool that is open starting Mid March! It is not heated! Hours are 9am-11pm! The indoor pool is still closed and under construction due to hurricane Florence! They are currently working on it but due to covid permits are held up as the county gets through the back log! We thank you for your patience and understanding as these circumstances are out of our control!

Please note we have a no animals policy that we have to abide by due to the resorts HOA restrictive covenants! Service Animals are however allowed as they are protected under the ADA!

We EXPLICITLY do not allow Animals to be left in the condo at any time during your stay!

Per the ADA We do allow service animals but require that they not be left alone in the condo, not even in a crate or kennel, and should always be under the control of and in the direct presence of their handler, kept off of the furniture & beds, and any waste left behind on the grounds be properly picked up and disposed of! Accidents in the condo, damages to the condo , damaged or stained, furniture, flooring, carpets, & bedding, or excessive animal fur are the responsibility of the service animals handler and will incur charges that any and all of our guests would receive as a result of any of the above discrepancies! We strive to adhere to ADA laws and guidelines to accommodate all of our guests no matter what!
